Useful information re. attendance and hours

RNDA Attendance Sheet: A timesheet must include a brief description of what they have done e.g. cared for 2 patients and attended ward rounds. It is recorded as off-the-job learning and each shift must be signed for. The line manager signs the timesheet before it is uploaded

32 hour placement hours per week

Break and lunch are included in daily hours:

Long day/ night shift 12.5hrs

The shift can be Long days, nights, and half shifts ( AM/PM).

Breaks in Learning 

If an apprentice does not attend a course for 4 weeks they must take a break in learning (ESFA Regulations), unless there are exceptional circumstances to be considered.
