Leadership Placements

Free Leadership Management illustration and pictureLeadership is one of the 4 pillars of practice and graduates need to be gaining leadership skills from the start of their training. Leadership placements are a great way of learners being supported to develop skills such as communication, networking, organisation, time management and project management  as well as providing an opportunity to reflect on their leadership style and the responsibility they have for leadership in health and social care.
