Facilitating learning is one of the 4 pillars of practice and learners can be given the opportunity to develop the skills and confidence to be lead education through education focused placements. Placements could be solely focused with an education team/ training hub or may be part of a clinical placement where they carry out a project with an educational focus for service users or staff.
