Staff Membership
Staff Membership of the Centre for Transforming Sexuality & Gender (CTSG) is open to academic staff whose research interests are broadly aligned with the work of the CTSG. Membership to the CTSG is contingent on approval by our Director and Deputy Director.
Benefits of Staff Membership may include opportunities to:

- work collaboratively with CTSG members (e.g. developing new research bids/grants, PhD supervision, co-authorship, leadership of workshops, seminars, and conferences, and development of potential new areas of research activity) in the context of an established research centre with supporting infrastructure and a local, national and international profile.
- share your research/practice with other CTSG members, and University of Brighton staff and students e.g. through the delivery of a talk, workshop, or exhibition (or other similar activity).
- provide critical input into the running and strategic focus of the CTSG through rotating representation on the Management Board.
- foster international networks within our research areas of interest.
- enhance your individual research profile and CV, strengthen applications for funding, and develop your publication track record etc.
