She is a Canadian lawyer, mediator and trainer with over thirty (30) years of experience in conflict resolution. Dr Anita is a past president (and lifetime member) of the International Listening Association, a Certified Listening Professional, the current co-chair of Collaborative Law, American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Dispute Resolution and a member of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA). It’s a wrap! I had an incredible podcast session with one of my favourite mentors from the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Dispute Resolution, the intelligent and amiable Dr Anita Dorczak. I am grateful to have had this opportunity, and it was a highly productive and enlightening conversation.

We thoroughly analysed how collaborative law has significantly impacted access to justice in Canada. We also explored the future of legal research through podcasting, with a strong focus on Appropriate/Alternative Dispute Resolution, amongst other questions.
