Where possible, we advise you to use your online account to check and update information and refer to web pages for more general information.

The telephone lines are being staffed between 10:00am and 5:30pm, but this may mean longer waiting times.

Student Finance update: applications 2020/21

In most cases you should reapply for your funding online.

Continuing full time students can re-apply now through your online account, part time and PG applications will open towards the end of June.

If you need to send any supporting evidence and information by post, we advise you to send this recorded delivery and be sure to mark your customer reference number of every piece of information you send.

Once you’ve submitted an application, keep a regular eye on your online account for updates, bearing in mind it may take some time to fully assess your entitlement. They may also email or text, so also check your junk folder.

All contact services are operating albeit with fewer staff and slower response times than usual. It is anticipated that payments will be made as normal and applications should be made in the usual way.
