Lisa Mack
After a childhood spent playing schools and setting up classrooms with her toys, Lisa came to the University of Brighton in 2003 to train and has been teaching in Sussex primary schools since.
Lisa has worked as a class teacher, Key Stage Coordinator and Assistant Head with responsibilities including leading on assessment, mentoring students, being a school based tutor for GTP students and conducting performance management/staff appraisals.
Throughout her career, Lisa has had a special interest in behaviour management and supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Her experience has been in large state schools and more recently a smaller private school.
Alongside her part-time teaching role, Lisa is looking forward to supporting passionate trainee teachers in her role as a University Tutor.
