Final year students deadlines for hardship fund applications

If you are a Home student in your final year of an undergraduate or PGCE course, and if you are experiencing financial hardship, then it’s not too late to apply for our Student Support Fund for some help from the University before your course ends.

The fund closes on Friday 5th May 2023 and late applications cannot be accepted, but you still have time to apply online. Make sure you have attached all the supporting evidence requested in the form and submit it by the deadline in order to be considered.

If you have a question about an outstanding application, please contact the Funds team directly with your additional information.

The International Hardship Fund and the EU Student Support Fund are also closing to final year students on the 5th May, so if you think you might be eligible, please make sure you apply before the deadline.

If you are a continuing student you have until Friday 9th June to apply, but we will send out a reminder about this later in the term.

The Student Advisers are here to help you with any enquiries you have about your finances – contact us on our email address, make an appointment to meet with us online or in person or telephone 01273 642888 and we will do our best to help you.

Best wishes
