Lol, It transpires that customers looking to purchase tickets for Sourthern Rail trains, should also look to purchase tickets at http://www.southernbuses.co.uk.

Fair point, Richard.
At least students here at Brighton have access to the free Big Lemon shuttle bus service between Brighton campuses which the university subsidises.
Buses on the other main university routes are often at best overcrowded and at worst full, meanining our students can’t access them.
And of course this doesn’t help our students travelling further afield to Eastbourne, Hastings etc.
