Do you travel by bus? Do you buy student tickets? Be warned

We have been made aware that students are being asked to produce their student id along with the weekly saver tickets when using Brighton and Hove night buses.

We understand that this is particularly an issue when trying to board night buses, so we want to alert students to this problem so you can travel safely, especially late night.

This is what Brighton and Hove buses state on their website: Student ticket ID (valid UK university, UK college or ISIC card) must be shown to the driver at the same time as using a student mobile ticket or key card.
