FREE Budgeting sessions and student manual from the Money Charity

Do you need some help with budgeting or money advice, but you’re keen to learn more from a dedicated financial organisation?

There is a series of 3 new Uni Money Workshops delivered by The Money Charity which are perfect for helping you engage with better money management from the comfort of your own home and better still, they’re free!

The first Workshop is on Tuesday 7th December from 2 – 3pm and you can register your interest by completing a booking form and registering for the event which will be run on zoom.

Or if that date doesn’t work, there are two further opportunities coming up on Tuesday January 11th or Tuesday January 18th.

The Workshops will cover key topics of good money management for students, such as:

  • Student Finance (How does it work? How and when do I repay it?)
  • The Cost of Living at University (How much do things cost? How can I budget? How might my spending change when I graduate?)
  • Common University Money Worries (What challenges might I face/be facing? How can I overcome them?)

Do let us know how you get on – we’re always keen to hear your feedback and you can tell us how we can do things better here at Brighton.

You could also do worse than spend an hour over the holidays flicking through the Money Charity’s free Student Money Manual for 21-22 🙂

Best wishes
