To mark 25 years of World Vegan Day, the Student Advisers are sharing their favourite tried and tested vegan recipes.
All these recipes are budget-friendly, have easily-sourced ingredients, easy to make and even better to share.
Including some make from scratch vegan recipes in your cookbook repertoire is kind to your health and the environment. And as long as you have some herbs and spices in the store cupboard, these are all very affordable.
