Paper £10 notes will no longer be legal tender next week
Spend, save or exchange your old ten pound (GB £ sterling) notes before they go out of circulation on 1st March, which is next week.
The old paper notes have an image of Charles Darwin on the reverse and look like this:
They have been replace with a new smaller, shinier version with an image of Jane Austen. The new notes which have been in wide circulation look like this:
