Each year we host a showcase to highlight the exciting Nutrition-related work we are engaged in. It is an opportunity for other organisations to share their work and research. We welcome contributions from the public who are at the heart of all that we do.
We are running our 3rd Brighton Showcase via MS TEAMS on Wednesday 4 November 2020
Starting 5-8:30 pm, you are welcome to join at any time in the evening to hear
- Dr David Unwin, The low carb GP, will be presenting his data on using lower carbohydrate diets in Primary Care
- Dr Tim Eden Dietitian and Doctor will discuss the role of nutrition from the COVID-19 critical care front line
- Professor Shumone Ray and Dr Dominic Crocombe will report back on the work of the NNEdPro COVID-19 nutrition taskforce. From the role of micronutrients to addressing increasing food and nutrition insecurity.
