ADR and Collaborative Law- A Canadian Perspective with Dr Anita Dorczak (Video/ Podcast)

Summary

There is evidence to suggest that CL can be less costly and time-consuming than litigation and mediation. This is because the parties involved work together to find a solution rather than relying on a judge or mediator to make a decision. However, the cost and time frame of CL can vary depending on the complexity of the case and the willingness of the parties to work together.
