- We encourage entrepreneurship in all our students, through modules and our business support service, Beepurple. Recently, three of our Business Management students successfully launched their own business and app, Uniimarket – a buy and sell platform for peers at uni.
- As part of our International Event Management degree students take part in live client projects, allowing them to experience managing real events whilst supporting businesses in designing and/or promoting events. A group of our students organised and ran a successful fundraising event for Chestnut Tree House Children’s Hospice, raising over £800.

- Through our pro-bono legal clinic, a team of three law students Sarah Khaddar (PgDip Law), Jasmine Hale (LLM Law Conversion) and Sinead Gallagher (LLB Law) successfully provided legal advice on how the residents may gather and save trees lawfully within the Covid Regs and within govt guidance in lockdown, in order to exercise their human right to peaceful protest.
