Client interviewing competition final for our Brighton Law School students

Our law students have been busy with the client interviewing competition final taking place on Tuesday 7 February.

We were joined by three judges for the competition from local solicitors firm, Mayo Wynne Baxter, Jasmin Brown (one of our LLB graduates), Matt Parr and Georgia Dellar.

Gillian Keenan, one of our law lecturers who oversees the competition, said: “It was a successful event and the scores on the night were very close!

“Our client interviewing competition is just one of the extra-curricular activities on offer for our Brighton Law School students.”

Finalists with the judges

Client interviewing is a crucial skill for a legal career, but is also transferable to any professional role. As well as our client interviewing competition, our Brighton Law School students can also get involved in a national and international negotiation competition, plus mooting competitions.
