The idea behind this initiative is to encourage ADR Advocates, enthusiasts, practitioners and users or potential users of ADR to share ADR books they are reading or have read. The aim is to raise awareness of the benefits of utilising ADR to settle conflicts and disputes and make it a more widely recognised and utilised practice.
So, I am curious: what ADR book are you reading or have read? As for me, I am reading @Professor Kenneth Cloke titled ‘The Crossroads of Conflict A Journey into the Heart of Dispute Resolution.’
So far, It’s a truly transformative book that has reshaped how I think about conflict. The way Prof. Kenneth Cloke explores the topic is nothing short of magical and healing. I highly recommend it. More reviews on this book coming soon! #Grab a copy @Amazon.
