Law Ball
We would formally like to invite you to the University of Brighton’s Oceans 18 Ball hosted by the Law Society on the 16th February 2018 at The Grand Hotel in Brighton.
We are excited to announce our very first ball organised within Brighton Business School, as it will be a monumental event and will set a new tradition within our university. We will be offering a 3-course meal with a glass of wine and all dietary requirement will be catered to and entertainment will be provided.
We have a great list of confirmed speakers from the following:
DWP- Advice employability and recruitment
SEO London- They help place students in top tier firms such as Freshfields, Norton Rose Fulbright, Jones Day, Bird & Bird etc.
1st Class Oxford/Cambridge University Masters/PHD: life as a student, tips for study, application tips
BPP Scholarship Award student- He overcame adversity and sued his previous university for discrimination in an on going case in the High Court. He’s also published articles for Kings College, Mayor of London and London top set chambers.
Also 4 Barristers from 1 Crown Office Row have conformed their attendance.
Tickets are £35 each, in which £2 of every ticket sold will be donated to the Bar Pro Bono Unit in support of legal aid. You can also purchase upto 5 tickets per purchase.
