Santander Universities biggest prize draw of the year

Santander Universities have announced the return of their £100k prize draw. They’ll be giving away 200 lots of £500 to university students across the UK.

Car parking and permit arrangements for 2023/24

You can apply for an E-Permit using the application process. Please note that permits are limited and will continue be allocated on the basis of our parking criteria

Changes to bus services

With transport between Brighton campuses and halls improved, plus the low usage of the shuttle bus, we will be discontinuing the UB1 service. For anyone experiencing financial difficulty, guidance, discounted travel solutions and hardship funding will be offered through the Student Advice Service.

Our campuses and halls of residence across Brighton and Eastbourne are well served by public transport, walking and cycling routes. There are also a range of student discounts available which you can take advantage of to help reduce the cost of travel.

Supporting you over summer

Over the summer period whether you are staying local, continuing your studies or returning home, you still have access to a wealth of university support, including wellbeing support and financial advice, as well as the opportunity to apply for the summer fund. Car parking and permit arrangements for students returning 2023-24

The University’s parking arrangements will continue for the 2023-24 academic year in line with the University’s Car Park and Permit Application Policy. Current e-permit holders are required to re-apply. Parking for student e-permit holders will remain free.

Got a TV licence but moving out of accommodation? You may be entitled to a refund

If you’re living in halls or private accommodation and soon to move out, you may be entitled to some extra holiday spending money in the form of a TV Licence refund.
