Wellbeing Champions programme – Wellbeing Week

Wellbeing Week is packed with useful resources and fun social activities to support good mental health and wellbeing at university – see the full schedule of events.

We have 7 themes as part of Wellbeing Week, drawing on the factors that can impact and contribute to good wellbeing as a student. Todays focus is emotional wellbeing, we want to highlight all of the ways that we can support you and that you can support yourself and others whilst at university.

Wellbeing Champions programme

Wellbeing Champions is our online training course open to all students who want to learn more about building and maintaining their own wellbeing. You will also learn strategies for supporting your friends and loved ones with their mental health and gain an understanding of the best ways to communicate with and support those around you.

Suicide awareness training

While it is a very difficult topic, we feel it is important for us to talk about suicide. Zero Suicide Alliance have put together this free online Suicide Awareness Training developed specifically for university students that includes information and scenarios that are related to experiences at university.
