From a conference
Online
On Everyday Creativity

A spark has been ignited
I scribe furiously
Recalling familiar feelings
Of delight

At the small space
Between masses of self-doubt
Drinking the thrill
In the respite

My diary flips open
And my pen wiggles
Gleefully
A poem emerges

Weakly
But full of hope
