Welcome to Unknown Territory – an exhibition of works by second year Fine Art Printmaking.
In the midst of global pandemic and away from the Print Workshops, these works have been made and presented from the heart of lockdown. Tactile by approach and often materials and process led, these emerging artists have been challenged by necessity to venture within a place of multiple constraint – navigating between lo-fi techniques and a digital interface – from home.
The resulting artworks have all held on to the practice-based interests at the core of individual enquiry, and are a testimony to re-orientation, invention and creative spirit. We hope you enjoy the show!
