In 2017 we encouraged staff and students to get involved in the Inktober challenge.
Inktober was instigated by Jake Parker in 2009 as a challenge to improve his already very refined inking skills.
The rules are simple:
1. Draw something and ink it up.
2. Post it online.
3. Apply the hashtag #inktober, #inktober2017 and #brightinktober
4. Do this everyday throughout October.
We post highlights on our Inktober blog and to instagram
and used the #brightinktober and #brightondrawingspace hashtags.
If you are University of Brighton staff or student, and you need some online space to post your work, we can help set up a free Edublogs WordPress account (like this blog). Contact Rob Englebright City Campus Learning Technology Advisor (r.englebright@brighton.ac.uk)
