The Drawing Research and Enterprise Group

As a practice drawing has many different definitions and interpretations. Drawing happens in many different contexts, from the classroom to the architect’s office, the archeological site to the clinical consultation. It isn’t, then, surprising that drawing research crosses many different subject areas. The Drawing REG, based in the School of Art, is interested in understanding the way drawing operates in these varied settings. It encourages drawing practice and research in all its forms.

The Drawing Space blog is an informal, public site for all Drawing REG members to share and discuss drawing projects, exhibitions or highlights from talks and workshops. For more information about the Drawing REG, contact: Philippa Lyon
