‘The term adjudication may be confusing because adjudication generally refers to the process of deciding a case or resolving a dispute. Nonetheless, in reference to alternative dispute resolution is an adjudication process that involves the resolution of a dispute
between parties by a neutral third party known as an adjudicator, who is an expert in the subject matter of the dispute; the decision of the adjudicator is binding until or unless it is revised.’
