Try out university at a summer school

If you’re in year 12 or your first year of 6th form college, you have the chance to try out what it’s like to study at university at one of our summer schools.

We are offering residential and online summer schools, and all are free to attend.

Residential summer schools
Get a taste of different courses, enjoy social activities in the evening, and stay in our halls of residence. Residential summer schools run from 8-11 July 2025.

Online summer schools

Find out about the university experience from lecturers, current students and university staff. Plus take part in taster sessions and a subject-specific project that could be used to support your personal statement. Online summer schools run from 22-25 July 2025.
