Placements and Employability Fair

The Employability and Placements Team were delighted to hold the first in-person event for two years this week.

The Placements and Employability Fair took place in Elm House Atrium and was the last event of our Employability Week.

The fair was attended by recruiters from local and regional businesses who were offering opportunities to our students. Businesses attending included The Pensions Regulator, Graduate Recruitment Bureau, Holiday Taxis, Arabian Tent Company/House of Hud, The Grand Hotel Brighton, Barrington James, Newmarket Holidays and the University.

There was a high turnout of students who made the most of the opportunity to find out more about the businesses and make valuable contacts. The event was a huge success with both students and exhibitors commenting on the fantastic conversations they’d had.

As with previous years, we’re certain this event will lead to many placement, graduate and recruitment opportunities for the students.
