Joel Sampson on embracing new cultures and experiences and challenging the status quo

Joel graduated in 2012 with a degree in International Business from the University of Brighton Business School. Now Joel is enjoying a career as a Program Manager for STG Aerospace.

“I am proud to be a Brighton Business School Graduate because the school opened my eyes to other cultures, environments and ways of thinking which has since led me to accept that just because something has been done a certain way in the past it may not be the best for the future. This has led me to challenge the status quo in order to progress and develop concepts to assist in gaining a competitive advantage. On a more personal note, I am proud of the achievements of my fellow alumni (especially my friends) who have exciting careers across the UK and globally to which the Brighton Business School made possible.”
