Wellbeing Week 2022: Monday – Be Active

It’s Wellbeing Week at the University of Brighton, so we have put together some brilliant resources, each based around a central theme, to help you connect with other students and boost your mental health. Today’s theme is: Be Active

The first day of wellbeing week is about getting and staying active! Being active is not only great for your physical health but your mental health as well! Studies show that physical activity helps you to set and achieve goals, increases self-esteem, and creates chemical changes in your brain which enhances mood.
