Brighton Students’ Union invite you to the Freshtival

We know how important it is to meet other students and make friends. Brighton Students’ Union will be hosting a welcome programme jam-packed with immersive and exciting events to help you settle in and get your uni life off to the best start.

Frestival 2022 – a fortnight for freshers and returners

This year, Freshtival 2022 (24 September to 8 October) promises to be bigger than ever with a fortnight full of exciting events and opportunities for you to get involved – not just for freshers! Whether you’re ready to go out to socialise and get involved in activities or prefer to stay indoors to attend smaller, intimate events, there will be something for everyone!

Alongside our programme of sensational nighttime events, parties, competitions and incredible acts, the BSU have also prepared a whole range of daytime activities. These are going to be particularly exciting if you’re not big into clubbing, and just want a chance to explore some of Brighton and Eastbourne, try new things and make some friends. There are three Freshers Fairs – for PGCE students, for Brighton, and for Eastbourne – and a selection of ‘Give It A Go’ events for you to try out, ranging from axe throwing and paddle boarding, to graffiti painting and pottery.

Get your wristband for the best nights out

For those of you that love going out, we have partnered with the best promoters and local clubs to bring you our official Freshtival wristband – this is the only wristband endorsed by the University and where you are guaranteed entry to the best nights. Don’t make the mistake of buying an inferior wristband; if you’ve got any questions contact us to find out more.

Check out what the BSU have prepared for Freshtival, find the answers to all the frequently asked questions and don’t forget to get your tickets.
