Libraries reopening for autumn 2020
Libraries will reopen in September 2020 with new measures put in place to support students and staff.
To comply with Government regulations for Covid-19 safety, the Visiting and using the University libraries document (pdf) has been created to help staff and students. As well as implementing one way systems and perspex screens at help desks, all visitors are requested to wear face coverings and adhere to the two metre rule for social distancing.
All visitors are encouraged to use hand sanitiser provided within the libraries to use before and after handling books and computer equipment.
