It’s my 200th blog post. Woo. I hoped to write something interesting but I’m preoccupied with work. I’m looking forward to seeing my lovely nephew this time next month:
Research is back in my life in a couple of ways. I’m trying to get back into the swing of studying. My brain keeps me up all night with ideas, but my day is full of data entry and travel. Weekends are when exhaustion catches up with me. Even though I’m not as productive as I’d like to be, I am grateful that I am still investigative.
I applied for a couple of research intenship roles in my current workplace. My contract is due to expire in three weeks. I haven’t even got my first pay packet yet. I’m not expecting my contract to be extended, I’m just hoping I’ll fall into something else next year.
Next week I’m doing some paid modelling and blogging. Ha. I still can’t believe people want to see my face and read my words.
Today I started watching She’s Gotta Have It. I think I might binge-watch the series this weekend.
