As of Friday 25th July, the NewsFlash service on Community@Brighton has been discontinued, as part of the decommissioning of the Community@Brighton service.
If you wish to post news to students which you would have traditionally used NewsFlash for, then please see the following options:
- For Information Services service notices, such as library closures, advanced downtime notices etc, please contact the Service Desk.
- For news or service notifications from other departments please contact Internal Communications.
- For messages ONLY to staff then you can post to announcements on staffcentral yourself. Please do not post to this area in addition to one of the above options.
ServiceDesk or Internal Comms will post your message via Sharepoint in a way that will appear on uni info announcements, studentcentral Home tab, the site Twitter feeds and the site plasma screens. Internal Comms may also post a story on staffcentral or studentcentral depending on the nature of the news.
