Mr Watt shared an insightful quote that sheds light on the challenges of litigation:
‘Litigation is prevalent, often taking years and benefiting those with financial resources. It would take around eight years to pursue a lawsuit, involving significant costs and possibly reaching the Supreme Court, with legal fees climbing to approximately $100,000. This is prohibitively expensive for many people, so alternative methods such as mediation have been adopted in various places as a more cost-effective solution.’
