In this series, we examined a range of questions on the above-mentioned subject matter. Specifically, we analysed the various ADR mechanisms, such as ombuds, mediation, and arbitration, amongst others and their effectiveness in addressing these issues and examined the employers’ legal obligations to prevent and address such behaviours. Tina’s firsthand experiences of bullying and harassment were also closely scrutinised, along with other pertinent questions.
