Prior to joining the Court, Laurel was a litigator for more than two decades and served as a facilitator for the Missouri Bar’s Complaint Resolution Program and Fee Dispute Resolution Program, in addition to serving as a mediator and arbitrator. In 2023, she was selected as a fellow of the American Bar Association (ABA) Dispute Resolution and serves on Court ADR Committee.
