Prioritising your wellbeing this Wellbeing Week 2023
This week (13 – 19 November) is Wellbeing Week here at the University of Brighton! We’ll be holding lots of wellbeing activities that you can get involved in and sharing resources to support good mental health and wellbeing while studying with us.
The School of Business and Law has an ask for help culture, so please reach out if you’re struggling. There are a number of teams across the university that can provide support.
This year in the School of Business and Law, we’re running some wellbeing activities in Elm House that you can take part in.
- Add your post-it note to the happiness wall in the atrium
- Press pause with some science-based habits for happiness activities in the café – you can paint a pebble, write a kindness card or create a gratitude collage
- Have a chat with someone new at the chatty table in the café or student lounge
