Lecturer hosts award-winning documentary screening and live Q&A with star of the film

Dr Catherine Kelly organised and hosted a screening of award-winning documentary ‘Body of Water’ at Brighton’s Fabrica Arts Centre on 15 June.

She was joined on stage afterwards for a Q&A with star of the film and seasoned rock-climber, ice swimmer and wellbeing champion with a huge public following – Gilly McArthur.

Catherine Kelly and Gilly McArthur Q&A

Gilly was in town for the University of Brighton’s ‘Blue Space Horizons’ research and knowledge exchange symposium on 16 June as an invited speaker. She kindly donated her time to the film screening and interview with Catherine.

The event capacity was increased twice to meet public demand, resulting in a sold-out event of 100 people.
