School of Business and Law wellbeing week, 20 to 24 March

20-24 March: Wellbeing week at the School of Business and Law

Wellbeing and student experience is really important to us at the School of Business and Law. We want you to feel good, achieve your potential and have the support you need, when you need it.

So, this year we’re running our first School of Business and Law wellbeing week to make sure our students are aware of what help is out there.

Our wellbeing week is also a chance for you to have fun with fellow students, take part in some creative and stress-busting activities, plus learn about science-based habits for happiness. We’d also like to hear from you about how we can improve and protect student wellbeing!

Whether it’s a brief chat, getting some more info, taking part in activities, playing a game of table tennis or attending a social event, there’s something for everyone!

What’s on?

All week in Elm House atrium, 10am to 4pm – come along to the wellbeing area and take part in creative activities, learn science-based habits for happiness, make a contribution to the happiness wall, or have a chat and find out about the support on offer.

Connect with other students at one of the ‘chatty café’ tables in the café or student lounge. If you see someone sitting there say hello and have a chat! A quick hello can put a smile on someone’s face and also brighten up your own day.

Help us celebrate the United Nations’ International Day of Happiness on Monday 20 March by contributing to the School of Business and Law’s wall of happiness.
