Our Economics BSc(Hons) course has achieved high rankings in a number of league tables this year. A huge congratulations are in order for our economics course team for these incredible achievements!
We’re second in the UK for teaching quality and student experience according to the Times Good University Guide 2023.
The Guardian University Guide 2023 ranked us 12th in the UK for economics and the course also received a 100% student satisfaction rate in the National Student Survey 2022.
Course leader, Tim Laing, said: “The improvement in rankings for our economics degree is a great reflection of the hard work and dedication put into the course by the entire team over the last few years.
“It demonstrates the overall commitment to the student-centred learning and innovative approaches to teaching economics taken across the programme as a whole.”
