Could your business benefit from a funded graduate intern?

STEP-UP is a new innovative internship and training programme for local SMEs for 2020-2021 where you can access talented graduates to help you grow your business through fully-funded six-week graduate internships.

During the FREE programme, you will benefit from peer to peer problem-solving sessions, expert-led masterclasses and opportunities to build further relationships with Brighton and Sussex Universities.

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to identify key skills gaps in your organisation, be they digital or data analysis, marketing, IT, or soft skills such as critical thinking and adaptability – whatever your needs are, you could maximise on this unique opportunity of attending valuable learning and development sessions leading to your business having a fully-funded graduate intern to address your skills gap.

Successful student applicants will also take part in a series of employability workshops which cover some of the specific areas of skills and knowledge that have been identified by SMEs as in short-supply. The programme will culminate in a funded internship next summer 2021.
