A revised set of publicly available help and support materials is now available for studentfolio.
If you have links to the previous support materials you may want to update them.
The new support site has been designed to reflect the types of activities that students undertake and these have been grouped together under the following headings:
- Introduction
- Add Content
- Create Pages and Collections
- Share Pages and Collections
- Working with Groups and Friends
- Assessment
- Account Settings
The modular design of the support site enables tutors to hyperlink to the relevant pages or sub-sections of a page when writing their own guidance for students.
The support pages are publicly accessible and don’t require a log in to be viewed.
A peer support discussion forum has also been included for studentfolio users to pose questions and let everyone see the answers.
Click the ‘studentfolio Help’ button on the log-in page and on the Dashboard to access the site or click on the 00 Help and Support link under My Groups. (You may need to join the Group to see Help and Support listed under My Groups.)
We will continue to revise and add to the existing support resources over the coming months, so let us have your feedback and ideas of things to include.
