Enough is enough.

Students are being treated like cash cows. Staff are being made redundant without justification. University education is a public good yet it is being treated as a for-profit enterprise.

Staff and students at UoB are organising to fight against the marketisation of HE.

This meeting is co-hosted by the Student Solidarity Group and Brighton UCU, but it is open to all staff and students at UoB. The meeting will include updates and planning for the forthcoming 5-day strike by staff in the first week of semester 2.  The meeting will include the launch of an updated set of demands from the Student Solidarity Group, towards UoB and the Brighton Student Union.
