Welcome to the Talking about Teaching blog site.

This blog is run jointly by the Learning and Teaching Hub and the Digital Learning Team at the University of Brighton. It includes articles from academic and professional services’ staff, showcasing pedagogical innovations, new policies and initiatives as well as more in-depth articles and research about learning and teaching.

If you are a staff member at the University of Brighton and would like to contribute to the Talking about Teaching blog, we accept written articles of up to 1000 words, podcasts or videos with a thematic focus on pedagogy or learning technology. Send writing as a Word document (.doc, .docx, or a link to a Google document, no PDFs), podcast as an mp3/m4a, or video as an mp4/mov AND an accompanying image (jpg/png) for your blogpost as a separate attachment. The Digital Learning Team

The Digital Learning team consults with academics and course teams on embedding digitally enabled learning into your teaching. We provide one to one support, guidance and advice on using My Studies, and the adoption of other technologies that support teaching and research, from e-submission to mobile technologies and more.
