Opening hours over the Christmas break

Due to the rising costs of energy the University will be closing some of it buildings earlier in the build-up to the Christmas holidays as a way to significantly reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.

Monday 19 September – National holiday

Following the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the UK government has declared Monday 19 September a public holiday. This will be the day of the state funeral and the last day of the period of national mourning.

With the Christmas holidays fast approaching, make sure you check our openings hours for December and January before you head off for the break. Remember, if you are travelling please follow the guidance on testing before you leave, and again in January before you return.
