A bigger, better My Brighton now live
We’re excited to announce that My Brighton is now bigger and better with the addition of nearly 150 web pages ready for the new academic year.
The homepage will still provide fast access to your uni email, timetable, Student View and My Studies. All major dashboards will act as your jump-off points to deeper content for the services and support you might need whilst at university.
Be our guest and take a quick look around the new place, your new online home for studying, living and achieving at the university and Brighton:
- Accommodation – featuring private and halls pages plus advice on living in the community
- Careers – a brand new site!
- Doctoral College
- Learning resources – including Skills Hub, Student Voice and more
- Travel and on-campus facilities – including recycling and café locations
With all university announcements now published via My Brighton’s news feed, this blog will no longer be updated.
Thanks for bearing with us while we make these improvements. If you have any questions, get in touch at studentcomms@brighton.ac.uk.
Must do: Add My Brighton to your phone
For the best My Brighton mobile experience, create a shortcut to your mobile phone or tablet home screen. Here’s how:
iPhone or iPad
- Open Safari web browser (note, other browsers, such as Chrome, won’t work for this) and navigate to the My Brighton homepage.
- Tap the ‘Share’ button at the bottom of the page (it looks like a square with an arrow pointing out of the top!) and tap ‘Add to Home Screen’.
- Choose a name for the shortcut on your home screen – we’d suggest ‘My Brighton’ – and click ‘Add’ when you’re done.
Android
- Open Chrome web browser and navigate to My Brighton homepage.
- Tap the menu icon (three dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap ‘Add to home screen’.
- Choose a name for the website shortcut – we’d suggest ‘My Brighton’ – and click ‘Add’ when you’re done.
