Come with me on a university wellbeing dog walk
- Author: Eva Martin, Pharmacy MPharm, School of Applied Sciences
Hi, I’m Eva and I’m a third year Pharmacy MPharm student, come with me on a wellbeing ‘walk my dog’ event on Moulsecoomb campus.
These events take place across our campuses and are such a great way to switch off from your studies and get out in nature. These dog walks are a safe space to talk about mental health, meet new people and also a great opportunity to connect with wellbeing staff at the university, like your Student Support and Guidance Tutor.
Watch the video below, as I take in the sights, enjoy the Brighton sunshine and talk to some students about why they love these events – plus you will see loads of cute dogs! 🐶
