We set up three dye pots in the morning for – cochineal, madder and weld
For the madder we used recipe 10 in “Colours From Nature”
And for the weld, we used fresh plant matter and dried to compare the difference.
We also set up a 1-2-3 indigo vat using Slaked Lime for the alkali and fructose as the reducer.
