This term I have learned a lot in regards to photography. I have learned how to analyse the semiotics of a photograph and how different styles create different meanings. Photography can be a powerful resource when trying to channel a message. Additionally, I have learned how to channel my own message for my brief “Sense of Place”. I took the photography module not knowing much about photography itself. I have left with skills I will continue to use and develop. If I was to do the module again I would allow myself to be more active with my photography, do more exploring and focus on photographs of people.
